They said my vehicle was going to take 1 day cause they had the part available. Day 5 I called to let them know that it is unacceptable!!!Then they told me they should have it by the end of the day. I call had the part available. Day 5 I called to let them know that it is unacceptable!!!Then they told me they should have it by the end of the day. I called the manager of Nissan and the Service director, no one ever returned my call.It was a inconvenience to be without a car for 5 days I had to cancel appointments and borrow a car to pick up my Granddaughter. Very dissatisfied with the service time line. For the inconvenience they should have at least wash my vehicle, nope picked up a dirty car!!!! More

Normally pretty good, but this appointment they missed the appointment and I had to wait for them to work on my truck and pick it up the next day. So I was without my truck for a day and a half then had t the appointment and I had to wait for them to work on my truck and pick it up the next day. So I was without my truck for a day and a half then had to cover the gas for a "rental" instead of just providing a loaner and covering it. More
