I tend to procrastinate and can't make up my mind. Everyone there was very patient and and informative. Nobody was pushy. Well, only my Granddaughter, whom the care was for. My Wife came in for her Free Oil Change but walked out paying $41.12 for 2 added items 1) Ethanol Defender 2) Oil Conditioner My wife is Naive and you suggested 2 xx Items to be added into her car. We paying $41.12 for 2 added items 1) Ethanol Defender 2) Oil Conditioner My wife is Naive and you suggested 2 xx Items to be added into her car. We could have bought both Items for under $10 at any Local Car Parts Store This is a brand new car and YOU should be Supplying the Proper Oil for this Car, and if it's the proper Oil, then you don't need an Oil Enhancer Same as a Ethanol Defender. By adding those 2 items just to get some money from a FREE OIL CHANGE is unethical to say the least. We will never Purchase any other vehicle from your Dealership, nor will we recommend anyone to purchase from you as well. You need to refund her money for the Snake Oil you sold her, she has no idea about an engine and the Additives you snakingly sold her. You're wrong in every sense of the way. Social media is a xxxxx, and I will make sure this Robbery gets blasted out about your Service Department.
