From the 1st phone call we recd feom Ramiz, his Frank, honest, courteous and very clear pricing was the key for us to honor his offer when we could have simply save time and have another dealer to match Sloane Toyota. Respecting and honoring an agreement was far more important to us. AS an owner of small business for over 35 years, with over 171 retail stores, 1480 employee and 200 regional managers, customer service and integrity is a sensitive issue to us. RAMIZ gained our trust, through a simple, frank, honest and a friendly telephone conversation.
