Great as usual! Ramiz listens, and closes the deal without being pushy. I think he actually enjoys putting people in a car that is right for them... and not “just a job”. He understands that return business is worth way more than the few quick bucks to sell an “extra sunroof” if the person leaves feeling pressured and doesn’t come back. I would recommend Sloan Toyota, but mostly I recommend Ramiz Khalaf as your salesperson! More

Respecting and honoring an agreement was far more important to us. AS an owner of small business for over 35 years, with over 171 retail stores, 1480 employee and 200 regional managers, customer service and integrity is a sensitive issue to us. RAMIZ gained our trust, through a simple, frank, honest and a friendly telephone conversation. It is a unique commodity and I hope management at Sloane would honor and encourage such customer relationship. More

He was the first employee I dealt with when he was at Springfield Auto Outlet. He was courteous, professional, friendly and found a car I could afford. I followed him when he went to Devon Toyota and I've leased two more cars from him at Malvern. He was also able to find a deal my daughter could afford and liked.I would rate Ramiz a 10. I would recommend him to family and friends. Please make sur my comments are recorded. I accidentally deleted the survey that was sent to me and I want to be sure he gets the credit. More
