Ramiz listens, and closes the deal without being pushy. I think he actually enjoys putting people in a car that is right for them... and not “just a job”. He understands that return business is worth way more than the few quick bucks to sell an “extra sunroof” if the person leaves feeling pressured and doesn’t come back. Respecting and honoring an agreement was far more important to us.
