Two other disappointments: I wasn't told there was only one key to my car until after the transaction had been completed. It appears that is going to be taken care of, but still, I should have been told while I was on site. Also, I didn't think it was unreasonable to expect that my car's oil level would have been topped off prior to purchase. It wasn't dangerously low, but I was surprised it wasn't at 100 percent. More

I met Emanuel "Manny" Marquez, who helped me get the best out-the-door price possible on my SE, after other dealers left me disappointed. Manny offered and delivered my vehicle to me since the bus ride would've taken too long. All in all, it was a pleasure working with Scott and Manny.
