I am proud to have been working with Freeman Toyota since 1993, and have worked in various capacities during my time here including, make-ready manager, and now sales and customer satisfaction. My first priority is that of Customer Service. I very much enjoy helping each customer with the purchase of their vehicle. I strive to inform every customer about the vehicle and help them to be sure it is the vehicle they need. Part of that is making the purchase process easy for them with no hassle. My customers trust me to help them get the best deal on the best car for them. I purchased used 2016 chevrolet suburban, I understand it is a "used vehicle" with 109K miles, but after I drove the vehicle some 2K miles transmission seems that is not working properly, according to sales is a "used vehicle" with 109K miles, but after I drove the vehicle some 2K miles transmission seems that is not working properly, according to sales men vehicle was "inspected" before listed for sale should this transmission issue be detected and fixed during inspection?
