JR and Tim were very professional and answered all my questions prior to me flying in to view and purchase my 2015 Genesis Ultimate. They provided transportation from the airport to the dealer and made the process painless. Even when my own bank was dragging their feet to get my loan processed, they had me pre-approved at a lower interest rate so I was sure to take the car home that day... which I did. Ask for Mike M. I visited Autocity on a reference from a family member who sold their car to the dealer just a year prior. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted I visited Autocity on a reference from a family member who sold their car to the dealer just a year prior. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Tim, who directed me to the next salesman in rotation. While I had already reviewed the inventory, Mike was willing to sit with me and go through the inventory again to see if there were any vehicles I would want to look at in addition to the car that was my primary choice. He didn't ask to do this, I asked and he willingly obliged, pulled all of the car details, keys and walked the lot patiently so that I could make my evaluations on my own time. When I was nearing my decision, Mike walked me through the numbers and the process, explained every step and never once rushed me. Even though he had done his job and transitioned me to a sales manager, Mike waited until I was done signing the paperwork (which ended after hours) and walked me to my car. Given that this was my first car purchase, I was nervous and had a number of details I wanted to check off my list. I had a wonderful experience with Mike and all of his colleagues. I would happily recommend him and this dealership. Thank you Mike, Tim, Ramil, Jay and the entire AutoCity staff for being patience, kind and professional! More
