Six days after buying the car, the battery broke. When I arrived at the dealership, they said that they wouldn't fix it without an appointment. They sent me to the sales manager and simply said that they couldn't do anything because the battery had no warranty. I understand that the 2021 RAV4 was not a new car, however, a battery didn't even last a week and they didn't even care about it. I was an Al Hendrickson customer for 19 years. Six days after buying the car the battery broke, they simply said they couldn't do anything because the battery has no warranty. I understand that the 2021 RAV4 was not a new car, however a battery doesn simply said they couldn't do anything because the battery has no warranty. I understand that the 2021 RAV4 was not a new car, however a battery doesn't even last a week and they don't even care about it. I was a customer of Al Hendrickson for 19 years. After this, I will never buy a car from this dealer again. More

Don’t do business with this dealer. The dealer's finance department didn't pay off the loan on my trade in vehicle. Now I have two pay two loans!! I will be seeking legal counsel and The dealer's finance department didn't pay off the loan on my trade in vehicle. Now I have two pay two loans!! I will be seeking legal counsel and reporting this matter to the Federal Trade Commision, the state of Florida and BBB. I will also be contacting headquarters for Morgan Auto Group. More

Very disappointed in their professionalism. Ask multiple times for their bottom line and they played the game of “let me go ask”. After finally agreeing to purchase the car when went to pick it Ask multiple times for their bottom line and they played the game of “let me go ask”. After finally agreeing to purchase the car when went to pick it up, it was not fully charged (Tesla ) and I had to stop and charge it on my way home. Also ask that a scratch on the fender fixed and was told would have to come back another day. I live almost 2 hours away. More

We had a bad experience with advisor Jose H, to select the bank… it’s way, to review the papers… no way, We left his office without any paper, he took our sales paper agreement & just give us a usb that d the bank… it’s way, to review the papers… no way, We left his office without any paper, he took our sales paper agreement & just give us a usb that din’t work in our Mac. He got really angry because we din’t purchase from him the extended guaranty. The worst issue ….he rised our loan & price for more than approved More
