NOT RELIABLE!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR DEALS!!!! NOT RELIABLE!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR PREVIOUS AGREED ON NUMBERS!!! I have an 2017 Audi Q5 and I was ready to switch to Volvo. My husband exchanged NOT RELIABLE!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR PREVIOUS AGREED ON NUMBERS!!! I have an 2017 Audi Q5 and I was ready to switch to Volvo. My husband exchanged a handful of emails with this dealership and they agreed on a final number. On 11/09/19 we gave our credit card number to put a deposit to secure a XC90. Then, we drove from Westchester County, NY to their location, because everything was agreed on and registered on e-mail. Once we got there, they ran my husband's credit, asked him for a copy of this paycheck, gave him a bunch of papers to sign, we added the vehicle to our insurance, configures the Volvo On Call, etc... we did everything we were supposed to do on our end, when they gave the contract to sign and the numbers in there were not what we had agreed on. Of course my husband did not sign it. Then, they read all the e-mail chain and she could not find an reasonable explanation for the amount she was charging us. The only thing they could say was that it had been a "miscommunication" and that they couldn't lease the car for that price. Three ours after our arrival at the dealership, they did not give us any plausible solution for the case other than talk to Bill Kundert, the Dealership President, the following Monday (11/11/19) first thing in the morning and get back to us. Well, they did not! I'm very disappointed and upset with the treatment my family and I received and the lack of feedback from Kundert Volvo! Honestly, we were ready to change from an Audi to a Volvo, but the experience was so unpleasant that I can not say we'll still do it. More

Train wreck experience - stay away from Kundert I purchased an S60 from Kundert as an out of state buyer. From the moment I set foot in the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up the car, my e I purchased an S60 from Kundert as an out of state buyer. From the moment I set foot in the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up the car, my experience was abysmal and required over 10 phone calls and 20 emails with the dealership to resolve. See a summary below. When signing paperwork, Finance Manager Marc Butofsky attempted to strong-arm me into a higher interest rate than what I had previously qualified for based on my application. There was a clear attempt to breeze over numbers quickly and take advantage of a young buyer and it took 15 minutes of confrontation for Marc to provide me with the lower interest rate for which I had qualified. I then had a nightmarish experience in getting my plates and registration mailed to my out of state address. A week prior to my temporary plate expiration, Sales Manager Ralph Vigorito lied over the phone, stating that my permanent plates were being tracked through the mail and would arrive in time. A few days later, he lies again saying that he has arranged for new extended temporary plates to be sent in time for the expiration date. Neither of these things ever happened, and I later found out that my plates were not even shipped until a day after the temporary plate expiration. Additionally, the day after the plate expiration, Ralph Vigorito guarantees that my permanent plates will arrive by 10 AM the next day and that a signature would be required. I took a half a day off from work to receive this shipment, which did not end up arriving until 9 PM that night (and it turned out that a signature was not even required). As a result of the incompetence of Kundert employees, I missed a half a day of work and was forced to go out and rent a car for 2 days in order to make my commute after my temporary plates expired and before they sent the permanent ones. Direct quote from Ralph Vigorito: "This happens all the time, we usually just pay the tickets for customer's unregistered vehicles." Kundert actually directly advocated me to drive my car illegally in the interim period while they got around to processing my registration paperwork (which they had 30 days to do). To their credit, Erin Kundert graciously agreed to cover my rental transportation costs during the unregistered period, which I greatly appreciated. However, Erin had also agreed over the phone to reimburse in full my motor vehicle fee and did not follow through on this. When I received the check in the mail, the reimbursement was only for a portion of the fee. All told, I spent close to 8 hours of personal time to extract information from this dealership on something that should have been provided to me automatically and without issue. Both Marc and Ralph were confrontational at times and Erin did not fully follow through on her promise to make it right. Unfortunately my family will be looking elsewhere to purchase our 7th Volvo when the time comes. More

Amazing Customer Service all the way! First of all I want to thank Erin for her patience and perseverance. from when i started to inquire about a new 2018 Volvo XC60 she was there all the First of all I want to thank Erin for her patience and perseverance. from when i started to inquire about a new 2018 Volvo XC60 she was there all the time to provide me with the necessary details until we were able to agreed to a selling price. I was looking for a brilliant red color with the vision system package and she found me one!! we communicate mostly by email and I appreciate that as I hate the phone! so she was very accommodating. One we seal the deal, George took the "ball to the end zone", he delivered the car to me and he was very helpful and detailed to explain all the features of the car. he helped me to set up my Volvo on Call app and service, he followed through the process of getting the registration and plates. everybody at Kundert Volvo was very helpful. My only complaint and the reason didn't give the five stars was at the end when I thought we were getting all done then we were brought in with the finance manager and it was when we were offered additional coverage for the car. even though all made sense and we could argue may be needed, I did not appreciate we had to wait until the end to know about the additional protection options that Volvo offered for their cars. We could have added this to the negotiations and maybe agreed to added to total amount paid/financed, etc. Nonetheless, everything else was done very professionally and friendly. never felt pressure or stressed and that was the amazing part of working with Erin and George. The make a great team!! Advice: Don't wait until the end to offer the additional coverage for the cars. If they make sense, bring it up and added to the negotiation process. Will save time and will make the whole experience with Kundert Volvo even greater! I am really enjoying my 2018 Volvo XC60! More
