Today I met Doug who answered all my questions, told me what I should do to keep my car running and what I don’t need (which I asked him about first). That’s the way you keep someone coming back and recommending your shop, HONESTY! Last but not least is financing with Ed. Those of you have financed before know that when your at the end of the sale the Finance manager could make or break it depending on how he or she treats you when your about to drop down some hard cash and commit to 3-6 years of payments. Not easy. He was patient answering my questions like I was the first person who ever asked the question he’s probably answered a thousand times. The guy knows what he’s doing. I guess buy now you know I recommend you checking out Younger Nissan, you won’t be disappointed. I also met someone in upper management who didn’t try to sell me anything or asked what I was doing in the dealership, just asked me if I was getting great service while I was here, and then took the time to talk about life (we were close in age) and how things change.
