I Brought my vehicle into there service center for an oil change and mechanic nipped my !!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Very Bad Business!!!!!!! I Brought my vehicle into there service center for an oil change and mechanic nipped my radiator and broke it for some reason. They replaced my factory radiator with an off market radiator and was told my vehicle fixed and ready.. Upon driving my vehicle home my car went to running hot so I turned back around and took it back to them just for them to say they forgot to replace my hose to radiator 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I didn’t feel safe with them working on my vehicle anymore so I told them to transfer my car to Mercedes dealership and they refused to transfer my car and I was told that they fixed my car again and that I had to take my car back or I can trade it in. So I decided to look into trading my vehicle in to them in which they checked my credit 6 times which left multiple hard iniquities on my credit report.. So unfortunately I had no choice but to trade my dream Mercedes Benz truck in to them cause they hurt my credit report and I did not feel safe driving that vehicle again. I was not given any discount or any special discount on the vehicle I traded for or was not treated with the proper care I should have been treated with after there mistakes they made… I took my Dream car Into there professional mechanics for an simple oil change and left there with an ugly long dodge jeep truck.🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ They screwed me with no care in the world and the general manager was the one holding the screw driver🤷🏾‍♂️ Long as I love I will never in my life go back there I don’t care if I had to walk around I will never spend my money there or with other local dodge dealerships because it’s an family oriented business.. Tried to speak to HR department but never get an answer or never receive a phone call back after leaving multiple messages… Very bad experience with no remorse or sympathy from the service manager or from the general manager.. They sold me a new 2024 vehicle with a liftgate that cannot be closed. There is no automatic mechanism and it opens too high. I have spent 5 months trying to get some help but it appears that once the cannot be closed. There is no automatic mechanism and it opens too high. I have spent 5 months trying to get some help but it appears that once they sell the car, they no longer care about the purchaser. They don't return calls, texts or emails. It is very frustrating to have a vehicle with a trunk that we cannot use. They slipped one by me as I didn't expect a liftgate without an automatic closing mechanism. My trade in was a 2019 vehicle that had an automatic mechanism so I did not realize a new one wouldn't have such a thing and that it would open way too high to reach. They pulled a fast one on me. Extremely disappointed. More

Took my ram 3500 2024 to get an oil change and service in lake wales Chrysler jeep dodge ram on 3/12/24. Was charged for the job. $462.05 . They also needed to do a recall on it. They didn’t do either of the things and marked that they did the oil change and the recall. When I called they gave excuses and told me to come back. I came back they gave me a rental now they called saying I need to bring the rental right away I said I live 3 hours away give me 2 days and I’ll be there they said no. I told them this was only happening because they didn’t do want they were supposed to do so to please work with me. They said no. The recall it had was serious it could of caused a bad accident as I couldn’t turn off the ignition button. I want this business to be held accountable. They didn’t consider my gas or time coming various times and they want me to pay for a rental if I don’t bring it back fast More
