Ramon Flores in service helped us so much with our A3. We ended up upgrading to an S5 with an amazing salesman named Matt Rodriguez. He is friendly, professional, courteous and not pushy at all. We got a chance to meet Brett, the sales manager, for a brief moment as well and we were very impressed with his amazing customer service. You can tell he is a good leader for his entire team. Keep up the great work guys! More

I had a fantastic experience working with Farzy Rashid at the dealership. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and made the entire process of acquiring a vehicle incredibly easy. This was my first time at Audi Ontario and it was an excellent experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I appreciate that I did not have to wait around for my appointment - it was at 10 am an excellent experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. My newly graduated daughter was heading across country to start her new job. Ralph and the service team helped to make the car safe for the journey. They took on the repair on a Friday afternoon and had it start her new job. Ralph and the service team helped to make the car safe for the journey.
