The purchase of the vehicle was fairly easy and getting through finance was fine. The problem has been after the check cleared getting any help. We purchased an extended warranty and were not provided any documentation or paperwork. I have been requesting the documentation for 6 weeks from multiple people. I finally wrote Toyota Corporate and they contacted the dealer and only then did I receive a phone and only sent the signature page, which states the dealer is supposed to provide the Service Contract when asked. I still haven't heard back from Corwin and will be letting Toyota Corporate know again. Thankfully at least Toyota Corporate values their customers. Having bought from two other Toyota dealers, this is the worst customer service I have experienced. More
