Service was great today. Everyone was prompt and polite and helpful. The next day I received an email from Ford that said I could’ve had valet service. Best care starting with valet, Kevin. Ralph, at the service desk, was extremely helpful checking me in. Technician was very good and found an issue that was covered under my warranty.
