No one will respond to my internet request. I finally had to call. They won't give me prelim numbers on a new vehicle that I want to trade in and I'm 3 hours away so they want me to bring it I finally had to call. They won't give me prelim numbers on a new vehicle that I want to trade in and I'm 3 hours away so they want me to bring it in and stand around while they low ball me. The woman at the dealership didn't care and wasn't interested in me trying to purchase a new Tahoe. I cannot see the window sticker on the car and she argued with me over a feature that is an OPTION telling me it is standard - uh, no. Terrible. Imagine if I have this much trouble trying to purchase a $66,000 vehicle what it will be like if I ever have an issue with it. So that's a negative for me. More

Dishonest, add ridiculous charges on to the bill of sale such as “Carl Black Cares” package for $3000 and “Assurant RA Maint” for another $500. They will NOT REMOVE these charges! So they are making an extr such as “Carl Black Cares” package for $3000 and “Assurant RA Maint” for another $500. They will NOT REMOVE these charges! So they are making an extra $3500 in clear profit on top of the price of the vehicle that you get NOTHING for! Why would anyone pay those ridiculous fees?? Go to any other dealer than Carl Black! More

Worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car. Took several hours to respond to my internet request. Repeatedly asked to be texted and they just emailed me. After almost 9 hours to get all the information, I finally got it. After a short conversation with the WORTHLESS Sales Manager, I told him I was going to think about it and would call him back. This was at 8:50 pm. I emailed at 11:00 pm and told them I would take it. At 10:15 a.m I called and spoke to the same Sales Manager who said he would call me back shortly. 3:05 p.m. I still haven't heard from him.
