Raffi got me in and out of the dealership in about an hour and half! I let him know ahead of time that I don't want to spend too much time inside of a dealership due to the ongoing pandemic and he made s hour and half! I let him know ahead of time that I don't want to spend too much time inside of a dealership due to the ongoing pandemic and he made sure to help me speed things up, so I highly recommend Raffi. However, I will knock down one star for the experience at the dealership because there were too many other employees not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly. Makes me nervous about having to go back if my car needs service. More
