I bought a used vehicle for 17,000$ Feb 24. It had 55,000 miles on it and had gone through their “inspection”. 34 days later the vehicle suffered catastrophic engine failure. I haven’t even paid my first monthly payment for the vehicle yet. Despite assurances when buying the vehicle that this is a “family owned and operated” dealership that “cares about their customers “ they offered nothing to help the situation. Their solution was to try and trick me into a brand new vehicle that is double my budget, to gaslight me into believing that my used car had “high miles” and I accepted a risk of failure with such high miles, and to shame me for not being able to afford a brand new vehicle. I would avoid this dealership, and all those connected to it, at all costs. More

We described our wishes, and by complete coincidence, Rafael was able to find that "our" vehicle, had just come in the night before. We went to the back lot to see it and my wife, who didn't even want to pull into the dealership, was sold.
