The salesman, Rafael, was awesome, being patient, kind and courteous with our on and off indecision of the purchase, answering our questions and allowing us to take the vehicle home to get a better feel f and courteous with our on and off indecision of the purchase, answering our questions and allowing us to take the vehicle home to get a better feel for the handling and to look it over closely. The finance person, Jeff, was very pleasant, informational and easy to talk to, making that process very easy. The management would do well by trusting the salesperson who knows the customer best with multiple conversations over time and realizing the purchase is a two way street. The sale was almost lost over a couple very minor repairs needed, perhaps only totaling $100 in materials. More
