Shortest amount of time I have ever spent in a dealership. Unfortunately, at no fault to the dealer, on our way home we noticed the transmission had a shudder to it. Which made us very concerned and not sure if we wanted to keep the vehicle. We called first thing the next morning, and let them know our concerns, we took it back to them and they put us in a loaner vehicle while they looked into it. While it has been in service we have been working with Raul - Sales Manager, Greg the Service Manager and Frank the Service Advisor. They have all been fantastic at keeping me updated and answering all of my questions I have had. Frank has called and sent messages with each update, I truly appreciated knowing what was going on each day. The Vehicle needed a transmission to resolve its issue. They got it approved with Zurich to have it replaced and I should have my vehicle back within the next week. (So process is taking a little less than 2 weeks - Not bad considering what the vehicle needs). So 10/10 Recommend the Sales Department and Service Department for any vehicle needs. Thank you again.
