Just for a simple headlamp change and to diagnose a sound coming from the car , they took the car in at 9:30 but didnt start working on it after 2 followups by me. Rachide was very rude and told me ' i have coming from the car , they took the car in at 9:30 but didnt start working on it after 2 followups by me. Rachide was very rude and told me ' i have never been to a service center before ' and also the technican cant work on the car till the next day. I then talked to his manager and he atleast changed the lam and gave the car back. Rachide was very unprofessional.. more bent abaout talking about his gym schedule rather than taking care of customers More

I've taken my 2008 Jetta to Tynan's for service since I purchased my car in 2010. I am a very loyal customer. Rachide and Matt are super helpful and supportive whenever my car is in for service or repairs. purchased my car in 2010. I am a very loyal customer. Rachide and Matt are super helpful and supportive whenever my car is in for service or repairs. Rachide's customer service is excellent. He actually makes the unpleasantness of car repairs pleasant. His professionalism and friendliness goes a long way. His dedication shows and it is very much appreciated. Hang on to him at all costs! Ron, the driver is a gem too (although I didn't use the pickup/drop-off services this time). If there's any room for improvement, next time it would be nice to have a loaner vehicle available, but I know that's not always doable. And hopefully next time the internet isn't down, but overall, I had a very pleasant experience. More

Rachide could not give me a straight answer as to why I couldn't have my car back after the warranty recall parts were already fixed and basically it boiled down to he would get in trouble/cost them money couldn't have my car back after the warranty recall parts were already fixed and basically it boiled down to he would get in trouble/cost them money because they didn't do the paperwork they were supposed to. Not to mention he continually cussed over the phone and in voicemails, overall was the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered in a business setting. 0/10 do not recommend ?? More

They did a good job on the car and even washed it for me which was nice. But I went there because they sent me a coupon in mail. When I asked to apply it at checkout I was told it was too late to apply it. which was nice. But I went there because they sent me a coupon in mail. They said they would honor the coupon but need to charge me full price and will instead send me a check in the mail for the discount amount. Its been a few weeks and still no check. More
