There is a difference. All of the concerns I had were met with credible and reliable information. I was also very pleased to see the military flags hung up high. That made both of us feel like we belonged. Karen and the management there were outstanding. I'm 73 and have purchased a few cars in my day including Subarus. This was my first time working with Wilsonville Subaru and was the best overall experience I've ever had. Flo Pineda was my "guest advocate" Subarus. This was my first time working with Wilsonville Subaru and was the best overall experience I've ever had. Flo Pineda was my "guest advocate" and is the only person I needed to interact with the whole time. Flo was very easy to work with and everything went the way I expected or better. He even followed me to my house so that my wife could sign without ever coming into the dealership. A nice touch for these COVID times. More
