Service....Above and beyond I've been in your service department for the last 3 weeks. My Jeep Wrangler had a brake pad problem and was corrected with Rachel's help and now very happy. I have 2 daughters one is going into her senior year in High School and the other will be in her second year at USF. Last week your service team did some needed maintenance on the 2003 Honda Element and yesterday the 2013 Jeep Patriot. Both are running great for the new school year. My wife's 2013 Pilot is at about 150K miles and running like new. Rachel quoted me yesterday on some up coming maintenance for my 2015 Jeep and when I get closer on the miles, I will be in for that service. Making my life easier I contacted Rachel late on Friday afternoon about my Accord making a whine that got louder as I accelerated. I was certain I had a faulty alternator I contacted Rachel late on Friday afternoon about my Accord making a whine that got louder as I accelerated. I was certain I had a faulty alternator or power steering pump and I wanted to get it as soon as possible as I work in another county. Rachel told me to bring it on in which I did on my way home. I left my car with her and on Saturday morning got a call letting me know it was in fact a pulley that was going out and it was under warranty and she recommended replacing the belt which I agreed should be replaced. Later that day she called to let me know my car was ready. What a huge relief to get it back before the work week started. Rachel and her crew has sure made my life easier with the turnaround and I have peace of mind knowing that there are still people like her, people who care about their customers and who go the extra mile to help those in need. Keep up the great work! More

Amazing Service We recently had to change the time belt to our Honda Pilot and Rachel was so amazing. She helped us schedule the service, arranged for a courtesy car, got a Spanish translator for my husband ( Wow, big thank you!) and clarified every single concern we had, always with a great attitude. When we got our car back we were so surprised to see it was surgically clean!! Wow. Rachel, thanks for such an amazing service and for being so caring and attentive. We are coming back many times thanks to you!! We also want to thank Hassan, who sold us the car back in December. We were there to service our old car and he convinced us to get a newer one. Great suggestion! He was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. An excellent human being. Thanks to people like Rachel and Hassan we will forever be loyal to Brandon Honda. More
