Rachel saved me money! We bought our C-RV here at Brandon Honda 3 years ago but since we relocated to the east coast we've been getting service in Cocoa, Florida. Last month We bought our C-RV here at Brandon Honda 3 years ago but since we relocated to the east coast we've been getting service in Cocoa, Florida. Last month during an oil and transmission fluid change the Cocoa service rep pointed out my rear brake pads were only 3mm and needed changed very soon. I can into Brandon Honda to have that repair done until Rachel and the mechanic pointed out there was plenty of wear left on all break pads including the back ones. The mechanic put the wheels back on and I was on my way. No charge! Thanks Rachel! More

Rachel was awesome ! the repairs that were done on my car seem to have been done correctly as i have not experienced any on going issues. the only issue that i want to point out is your labor rates, i realize that you get what you pay for but my repairs materials were a little over $200 but i was charged over $1400 for labor, according to my receipt the labor time was over 9 hours but i am certain my technician wasn't paid that amount and your dealership certainly pocketed the rest and that just seems excessive to me. i also realize you're in business to make money but making money is easy when you charge these kind of rates. i just think the labor charge seemed excessive. thank you for listening More
