Bo is the finance magician and is the best I have ever dealt with in that department. Grant Hocking has the best vehicle upgrade program for your Honda. He is full of knowledge and is always willing to sit down and talk with you to help you get the right deal with sales. Rachel Christie is the best service manager at the dealership. I have been working with her since 2013 and she has first class customer service skills and does everything with a smile. Was sold a lemon I purchased a car from them and it has had over 5 major issues with the and the problems started 3 months after the purchase. These things have been fixed Aor condition compressor, Transmission, and Shocks just yo name a few on a 2014 that had 33000 miles. I have tried to speak with management but they are of no help. Their attitudes are welp your up S*** creek. I have asked for Corporate phone numver and not one employee would provide me the number. If i hadn't purchased an extended warranty the car would have been on the side of the road and I would have been left with a loan for a 2014 car with no Car. If you are not purchasing a brand new car or a Honda from here I would not shop here. More

While I was there they suggested other re-call work needing to be done free of charge. The repair was done quickly and professionally and I was back on the road later in the day. Now that's service !
