I have had a horrible experience since I bought my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 Custom on 8/8/24. Been back in the shop approx 6 times. 02 sensor, told it was a bad part, had 2 catalytic converters replaced under a warranty extension that I discovered (only 700 miles left til it expired-I was not informed), Chevy dealer inspected and found vehicle was unsafe to drive due to missing bolts on wheel bearings, damaged front brakes and rotors, a coolant leak, etc) few repairs were done by Rocky Mountain and they are done with me. Although I bought an Extended Warranty and Maintenance Warranty for an additional $120 per month and truck still remains broken. Defective Active Grille Shutter to cost $350. Passenger window would not roll up so I replaced window regulator, battery voltage low, battery on last leg so I replaced, volts still low so I will be replacing the alternator, and the tires are insufficient for this winter so I will have to replace those as well ASAP. CONSUMER FRAUD CASE for sure. I gave them every opportunity to correct these issues in a very pleasant and patient manner, although they did not reciprocate that courtesy at all. Zach is very rude and arrogant. There is no communication between the sales floor and service (Mechanic) department. I found the mechanic Mike to be pleasant and experienced. This company sucks. They buy parts from distributors and when the parts come the are defected so then making you bring your vehicle back for longer stays. Then they tell you that to honor the warranty, you have to bring the car back to them for the repairs in which they also charge you for your deductible!!!!!!! More
