Everything was great except car pricing and STARGARD. The price was higher for $6000 than kbb says. In my specific vehicle there’s a base - no package installed. My vehicle for trade-in was priced $3000 below kbb. That’s frustrating. STARGARD - it’s third party aftermarket software. It’s not product of BMW. I don’t have to buy it. They pushed me to pay for it $695. From my previous experience (2 years ago) STARGARD stopped working after 4 months - till now, and BMW dealership refused fix it for free. They want me to pay over $200 to take a look at and diagnose. More
