I had to wait at least a half an hour before I was acknowledged. then I had to wait long after my appointment before my car got serviced without anyone keeping me informed.Whenever I go to the service acknowledged. then I had to wait long after my appointment before my car got serviced without anyone keeping me informed.Whenever I go to the service dept and have Rachel she is very unpleasant.They do not put paper mats in the car anymore either.The dealership part is awesome. I have been dealer many years with them. More

Service team is always rude and slow. I have a new car that I bought from Tim Lally and I am spending way too much time taking it back for service. It took a month to replace my transmission. Shortly after that the hatch wouldn't open. I called GM and they suggested that I switch dealerships for service. More
