My son took his 2020 Trailblazer inf or oil change. We purchased oil and oil filter package when we purchased the vehicle. However, my son was still charged for the oil change. I am waiting to hear We purchased oil and oil filter package when we purchased the vehicle. However, my son was still charged for the oil change. I am waiting to hear back from the service department to see if they will refund the money my son paid for his oil change. Very disappointing that my son was charged at all given that we prepaid for the oil changes. More

Service Department didn't perform as expected. I was told I was going to be called for a status update, and that never happened. I didn't get the level of service expected neither the priority des I was told I was going to be called for a status update, and that never happened. I didn't get the level of service expected neither the priority deserved after the mechanic messed up the initial service requested. My sales rep was helpful, friendly and went the extra mile for me, the only thing she needs to improve is that if you tell a customer that you will call him in 3 or 5 minutes, to do so, is not good to wait for hours for a call back. More
