Later that afternoon, Steve the Sales Manager called and provided the cost, which was quite reasonable and later honored when I visited the showroom with Frank Bachard to leave the deposit for the vehicle. The entire experience was stress free! No haggling!! It is for these reasons that I've remained loyal to East Hills Jeep for more than a decade. I'd recommend them without hesitation. Their service department is also excellent. I've worked with Michael Casey, Jon Piansky and Chris McEntee. It's also nice to see the owner, Oliver Brodlieb while in their excellent Customer Waiting Area! He's a real gentleman. All of these attributes are refreshing and the folks are professional. More

Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and honest. They gave me a great price, with no pressure, no hidden charges and no games. My salesman was Jesse Berbig. He was outstanding! He gave me a great price right way, was very nice, cordial and honest. He was a pleasure to work with and applied zero pressure. He was Not pushy and rude like so many other salesman I've dealt with in the past. He was great! I recommend Jesse Berbig highly for anyone looking for an honest and knowledgable sales person. My first contact with the dealership was with Rachel Lampert, who was the internet sales manager. She was excellent! She was extremely helpful, honest and pleasant . Negotiation was handled fairly, and over the phone through their internet rep Rachel. And when I arrived at the dealer, Curtis handled the sale with complete professionalism. I arrived early for pick up the next day and the manager Steve did his best to limit my waiting time. No high pressure sales to purchase options like at other dealers, although I did buy the lease end damage warranty, which I recommend, in order to prevent unexpected cost at the lease expiration. East Hills is a no hassle car dealer, and I fully recommend. And ask for Curtis when you get there, tell him Nick sent you! :) More
