The wait time for maintenance at my last visit was over an hour longer than I was told it would be. The reason given was unsatisfactory. I was told "they just got behind". This happened on another visit an hour longer than I was told it would be. The reason given was unsatisfactory. I was told "they just got behind". This happened on another visit recently. I probably will find someplace closer to home for future needs. Too bad after 11 years of great service. More

On June 1st I took my RAV4 in for an oil change at 845am. I was told it would be one hr for the service to be completed. At 908am I received a phone call trying to sell me a cabin filter for my car, which I I was told it would be one hr for the service to be completed. At 908am I received a phone call trying to sell me a cabin filter for my car, which I declined. I was told I would receive another call when my car was complete, which I never did. At 1045 I went back to the counter to check on the status of my car. I was then told that my car was ready and had been ready. There were two girls at the counter and one said “that’s who I tried calling for you.” NOONE called me, or texted me. She called the wrong number. I have a 618 area code and she called 918. I find it rather suspicious that the number can be called correctly when attempting to sell me more services but not to let me know my car was ready. This is ridiculous. Then to make matters worse, the boy/kid whoever it was that went to retrieve my car, either A) needed to shower or B) farted in my car; stunk my car up so bad I had to drive home with my windows down. This is in acceptable. I would have gone back in that day to complain but I had already been there for WAY TOO LONG and needed to get home to my toddler and husband. More

The service employees are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My vehicle is usually returned within the time quoted or a little bit before.
