This is the first time I have bought a car from RBM in Alpharetta. Seemless and warm. Linda was fair and direct. I wouldn't have know I was at a car dealership. As I struggled to get ahold of our insurance agent/company - she just jumped in and got me an agent to talk to (wish they had been as easy to deal with). We drove almost three hours to buy our car here. Would do it again tomorrow. More

I am what some call a "Mercedes Girl" . I was merely considering trading a C300 for a newer model and called RBM of Alpharetta on a whim. Britt answered the phone and was so accommodating I was merely considering trading a C300 for a newer model and called RBM of Alpharetta on a whim. A few days later Britt called in response to an email I sent; saying that the GM may have found the solution. The GM was right and now I am driving a newer, more luxurious C300. However, they could not have been more patient and courteous with me. Gwen Moss in particular was amazing in working with me - she was attentive, patient and able to answer almost all my questions. The finance team were also great, and made the buying process seamless. It really did feel like a smooth, luxurious process with them. I could not have been happier and would very easily recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new Mercedes. It’s worth mentioning they do have experience with out of state clients which I was, and this helped me significantly. More
