Identify theft took place at this dealership, obviously there are unethical Sales Consultants and Finance Managers there. They approved a $41,000 vehicle for a “co-signer” that was NOT at the dealership an there are unethical Sales Consultants and Finance Managers there. They approved a $41,000 vehicle for a “co-signer” that was NOT at the dealership and did not authorize HONDA to do Anything, STAY AWAY !!!!They will clearly do ANYTHING to make money!!!!! They gave me the run around when I called no manager would pick up when the call got transferred to them STAY AWAY!!!! More

This was my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Paragon Honda and I must say from start to finish working with Ivan was AMAZING! He was professional, honest and so knowledgeable! Due to the Corona Virus we Honda and I must say from start to finish working with Ivan was AMAZING! He was professional, honest and so knowledgeable! Due to the Corona Virus we had to the deal remotely but he kept me informed and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole entire process. Ivan personally delivered the vehicle to my home and stayed with me and explained every single detail about the vehicle. He taught me everything I needed to know and even drove the car with me to teach me the new features! I will recommend any and everyone to go see Ivan Patterson when they want to purchase a car.
