Carlos was our first contact. He did great job showing us cars. We liked the Equinox but whent shopping other brands. We came back and he and all the people involved were very good. A understandably mistake was made and we had to do the paperwork twice whi h delayed us a day. He and everyone took 100% responsibility and we had our car the next day. More

I dropped my car off and they kept my card for 2 days and told me they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with it. They wanted to keep it over the weekend and still had no progress. Everytime I would call TIM told me they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with it. They wanted to keep it over the weekend and still had no progress. Everytime I would call TIM he had answers for me. He told me they were fixing my card but they didn’t know what wrong with it ?? How can you fix something that you don’t what the issue is?? Tim just gave me the run around.and never fully answered my questions More

Had a recall, for airbag regulator. Had to wait over 2 months for the part. Not happy about the wait. Then I get it dropped off. Expecting my vehicle by the end of the day.
