I have had great customer service at Joseph Buick Service department. I brought my 2022 Envision in yesterday for an oil change. Every time I have a coupon or try to use my GMC points it is a major ordeal. Didn’t get to use my points due to scheduling the service online, however it does ask if you want to use the points. I scheduled for a simple oil change. My appointment was at 820am. I arrived to the shop at 745am. The tech said my appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. Took a while for someone to greet me upon my arrival. I looked online for the vehicle I wanted before coming. Salesman was not sure about inventory. Tried to give me very unfair amount for my trade in, was asking for more information than what was required interest rate was very high. No follow up call since purchasing the vehicle first and last time buying a car from this dealership. More
