Car broke down after 2 months of having it. Bought it used from Kia Williamsburg. They didn’t check the engine thoroughly and consequently had my warranty claim denied. I had to have the car to Bought it used from Kia Williamsburg. They didn’t check the engine thoroughly and consequently had my warranty claim denied. I had to have the car towed to Williamsburg to have a real technician perform actual diagnostics on it where they found metal shavings in the oil. I am a single parent with 2 kids and haven’t had a car for almost a month as a result of the incompetence of your technician. More

I use this place because it’s the only Kia dealership in the area but the customer service is horrible. They don’t provide loaners even though they provided it as an opinion when booking an appointment. It the area but the customer service is horrible. What was the point of an extended appointment date if there was never a loaner available? Some of the service attendants lack in customer service and courtesy. Good Communication sounds like this, good evening how can I help you? Did you have an appointment or are you looking for drop off services? It was more like Hey you have an appointment and aggravation that I even came in. Not to mention I had an issue before getting routine maintenance and left with brakes that didn’t work. I almost got into an accident because when I pressed my brakes I still drifted in an intersection. when I came back and they realized what they did wrong, they said that’s our fault we will take care of it no charge to you. But why did you give me a car and didn’t inspect performance? What if I did get into an accident? Not to mention calling about 15-20 minutes before closing to tell me my vehicle is done when I had an Appoinment and dropped off my car early for an oil change and it took over 3 hours. More

Had a 10am appointment for an inspection wasn’t done till after 12:30. Interior still had plastic and paper mats inside. It took over 3 months to replace a sensor on my wheel. Over the period of three months I tried to contact them (6 calls, four messages) check on the status of parts. Of those four messages left only 1 pho Over the period of three months I tried to contact them (6 calls, four messages) check on the status of parts. Of those four messages left only 1 phone call was returned. They never called me with an update. Dropped my car off in the morning and didn't hear anything back from them all day. Finally got hold of them at almost 5 and was told, sorry we ordered the wrong part your car wont be ready today. We can get it first thing in the morning. Asked about a loaner and was told, we don't have any. No questions about needing assistance or trying to help get home from work. No call the next day so finally called them at 4:40pm and was told it was ready. Overall I'm still a fan of Kia cars but will not be returning to Southern when I buy my next one. More
