It took over 3 months to replace a sensor on my wheel. Over the period of three months I tried to contact them (6 calls, four messages) check on the status of parts. Of those four messages left only 1 pho Over the period of three months I tried to contact them (6 calls, four messages) check on the status of parts. Of those four messages left only 1 phone call was returned. They never called me with an update. Dropped my car off in the morning and didn't hear anything back from them all day. Finally got hold of them at almost 5 and was told, sorry we ordered the wrong part your car wont be ready today. We can get it first thing in the morning. Asked about a loaner and was told, we don't have any. No questions about needing assistance or trying to help get home from work. No call the next day so finally called them at 4:40pm and was told it was ready. Overall I'm still a fan of Kia cars but will not be returning to Southern when I buy my next one. More

I needed to reset my appointment for the next day. I ask the service rep on duty at the time to reschedule. For the next day but the rep never changed it on the computer. The parking lot is too crowded. I waited 2 months for a recall fix and after a friend took me back and forth the dealer called me late in the afternoon saying they didn't have the p I waited 2 months for a recall fix and after a friend took me back and forth the dealer called me late in the afternoon saying they didn't have the part. Even after they reminded me the day before to keep the appt. They should have hard that part. No apology was made. I was told to come back Monday. I called first. Good thing. They still did not have the part. Finally got it Tuesday..5 days after my appt. Also the furniture in the waiting room is appalling. Greenbrier Kia is much better. More
