Salesman and I agreed on a set deal. Finance deal was completely different and there was no mention of any change in the originally agreed plan until the day after when an issue came up Finance deal was completely different and there was no mention of any change in the originally agreed plan until the day after when an issue came up with the car. The dealership didn’t have enough inventory and didn’t seem super interested in finding the exact model I wanted, no mention of getting me in the exact color/model I wanted, just kept pushing for on site models. There was one employee who helped to explain the warning light indicator issue that came up the day after purchase that was helpful. Overall, this dealership isn’t somewhere I would ever go again. Trustworthiness is my number 1 priority when purchasing a new car and their failure to make the deal on our agreed terms was a serious red flag. More
