Made an appt for service, when I got there dealer said they didn't have time that day. I drove from Cambridge, so I was not happy about the waste of my time. Had to replace same part that was replaced 6 m they didn't have time that day. I drove from Cambridge, so I was not happy about the waste of my time. Had to replace same part that was replaced 6 months ago & dealer refused to warranty new part. The whole experience was absolutely terrible & I will never use this dealership again! More

We have been very happy with Stateline Subaru until recently. The new person in the service department needs to spend more time listening to the customer and less time talking about himself and how muc recently.
