Wonderful experience. Joshua Lindsey was enthusiastic, pleasant, knowledgeable and motivated to get me in my dream car. Julie was a pleasure to speak with as we discussed my budget and even the finance manager was thorough and transparent regarding warranties and the best options for me. I drove 6 hours round trip to get my new car from Honda of Lake City & it was an absolutely incredible experience. The salesman was great! And the staff was good. It is the service dept. I have a problem with. There were issues with the car we brought it up there twice and it was never f And the staff was good. It is the service dept. I have a problem with. There were issues with the car we brought it up there twice and it was never fixed. When I checked the oil it was dark so I got with the salesman and he said to bring it up there and they would change the oil. All they did was turn off the oil change light. The air pressure light was on to, I fixed that. When you buy a new or used car things should be checked and you should have no lights come on for at least a few months. I also already had to put a new battery in the key. I did let the manager know all of this and he never called or responded back. I gave him a few days before I did this review. More

I’m so impressed with this service department! A problem was found during a regular oil change visit that had to be addressed. It was difficult to know exactly how the damage to the vehicle happ A problem was found during a regular oil change visit that had to be addressed. It was difficult to know exactly how the damage to the vehicle happened but it had to be dealt with. RJ made sure I had a loaner (we are not currently Honda owners) - for the time the car needed service - a few days. When everything was replaced and I returned, there was no charge for the service. They could have taken advantage of the situation for their benefit, but they didn’t. We will definitely trust this dealership (and RJ) in the future - and would be willing to consider a Honda once again, based on the treatment we received. More

Excellent service from RJ McCann and the HOLC Service Team! A mechanical problem happened on I-75 with my 2018 Ridgeline. It was reviewed and corrected on the same day. Also, it was a very profession Team! A mechanical problem happened on I-75 with my 2018 Ridgeline. It was reviewed and corrected on the same day. Also, it was a very professional and courteous experience. Drove home afterward some 330 miles with no issues. I've dealt with three Honda Dealer Service Departments in the last 5 years and hands down this Dealership is the best of the three. Friendly and direct mixed with a little humor works for me every time and makes the process easier. Thanks so much for your help! More
