I've been buying/leasing my vehicles from Yonkers Honda for the past 15 - 20 years. The sales people are professional and courteous. Their service department is top notch. Beginning with Gene checking yo for the past 15 - 20 years. The sales people are professional and courteous. Their service department is top notch. Beginning with Gene checking you in and RJ Gocool, Michelle Rivera, and Alex Ramos getting my vehicles through the service process, my wife and I can't be more please with the level of service we receive every time we bring our cars for service. My car was serviced, but the transmission fluid leaked on my driveway. I left numerous messages, was finally promised that someone would come clean up, but nothing has happened. That was 4 weeks ago. I have been doing business with Honda over 14 years now and I would not go anywhere else! Mike has been my salesman since day one and he has never steered me wrong. Really bad place to take your car for service. My new car second oil change with tire rotation every lug nut hole every rim damaged from impact wrench. Grease and scratches on fender, door and side mirro car second oil change with tire rotation every lug nut hole every rim damaged from impact wrench. Grease and scratches on fender, door and side mirror. Damage to side mirrors deep scratches. Chunk of rim missing. Messy under the hood after oil change. Leaning on front grill and fascia, now it's sagging and has wide panel gaps. Wiping leather steering wheel with alchohol instead of putting the steering glove on which they have. Door sill came back with scratches and grease. Rub marks on driver's side rear door. Service tech speeding over speed bumps to take the car in to service and then out from service. Never again!! More

You're Treated Like Family I've been dealing with Yonkers Honda for over 35 years. Keep in mind that I live 37 miles from their service center plus paying a bridge toll. They are a family run dealership and make your satisfaction their number one goal. If there is any problem, they will make it right. More

RJ and Rich RJ has taken care of my Pilot on two separate occasions. First we had to bring in our 2013 for a recall for the airbag. I had not really paid attentio RJ has taken care of my Pilot on two separate occasions. First we had to bring in our 2013 for a recall for the airbag. I had not really paid attention to what was needed but RJ took everything in stride and walked me through it all. He did all the background checking for me to make sure I was doing it correctly. He was so kind. Got me an UBER to work and just made me feel relaxed. He was so cool that it got me thinking of Yonkers Hi da as a real resource. I called him a few weeks later and he priced out running boards for me and then a roof rack. Never any pressure, just helpful easy-going advice. In the end I trusted him enough to save the money and just last week I drove back and RJ ushered me though the process for a second time. Now, the Pilot looks like a beast. He is so easy to work with. So efficient. And really so courteous. Thank you to the whole team. More

Great service I had my alternator go on me while I was driving. Yonkers Honda service department had a shuttle replace my battery and follow me to the shop. One day went by and I had my car back with an oil change. Rich and R.J. kept me up to date on everything. More
