Update: I received the refund that we discussed and the GM said that they have put a policy in place to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I love the truck they sold me. When I did finally reach him he said that everyone had gone home for the day and that he would get back to me, but he still hasn't gotten back to me and claimed his voicemail isn't working. It also seemed like my salesperson didn’t fully understand the details of my deal and often had a different objective than I did. When I asked specific questions, the responses felt deflective at best—or I didn’t get an answer at all. Because of this, I found it more effective to deal directly with management. If you feel like you’re getting the runaround, I recommend speaking with management right away. The floor manager was professional and helpful, and the finance manager was also great to work with. More
