The salesperson I worked with did not seem to have a solid understanding of the truck I purchased. For the most part, I had to seek out additional information elsewhere. It also seemed like my salesperson didn’t fully understand the details of my deal and often had a different objective than I did. When I asked specific questions, the responses felt deflective at best—or I didn’t get an answer at all. Because of this, I found it more effective to deal directly with management. If you feel like you’re getting the runaround, I recommend speaking with management right away. The floor manager was professional and helpful, and the finance manager was also great to work with. More
