What can I say Ralph is a great salesman who treated us with respect. He was able to close the deal when it looked lik there would be no deal at all. He went above and beyond for us. Ralph needs a hugh pay raise and a promotion a promotion to the finance dept. were his true talents rest. His boss Steve, who is the district sales manager needs a big thank you as well for helping close the deal went it stalled. He stepped in and made sure the deal was closed. Raphael is a great sales man, he went above and beyond to get the car for us. He treated us like a family member and looked out for us all the way through the deal. I agreed on the terms of a lease with a manager (Alex) and salesperson (James). They told me that they value me so much as a customer that they got special approval from the owner for this deal. They said that they want me to be happy and all that other nonsense sales talk. Some time later, they send me the written agreement and the terms are completely different. Heck, even the vehicle was different! They think that people are so desperate to get a new car that they would just agree to anything. Needless to say, I did not sign that agreement. After declining, another manager (Raphael) called me to try to convince me to sign the agreement. Obviously, I still did not do so. The most important factor to me is dealing with honest people. This is a trait sorely lacking here. P.S. I do not need any replies from the dealership with the likes of “Please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can discuss your experience in more detail.” More

Completely disappointed. I was asked to fill out an online credit report application. The application did not state that my credit would be run as a hard inquiry 5 times with I was asked to fill out an online credit report application. The application did not state that my credit would be run as a hard inquiry 5 times with different companies, despite the fact that I asked if I could go with a specific bank and was told I could. Also, despite the fact that I unchecked a box to allow my information to be shared with third parties, my information was still shared. I now receive about 20 spam calls a day and multiple junk emails and junk mail sent to my home. Also received a letter from Brooklyn Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram stating they never ran a credit report for me, meanwhile I have a confirmation email they did as well as the negative marks on my credit report. More
