Duke is the man. Honest, no xxxxxxxx and gets the job done. I've been dealing with him for years now, and every outcome has been more than satisfactory. Attention to detail, knowledge and experience are the keys to success in a dealer service department and Mr. Huffman checks all the boxes. He definitely takes the bad name out of new car dealership service! He takes as much time as needed to thoroughly explain the situation, present solutions, have a great laugh or maybe even discover a new sandwich shop to eat at!!! Duke has a great team of service writers and an equally great team of technicians. Always a friendly and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend service for your Nissan or any other brand for that matter at Greenfield Nissan. Try it, you'll like it. More

Brought my vehicle into the dealership regarding a Service light. I was meant by Kory Lambert. Kory approach me immediately. Kory was very pleasant and professional. While waiting in the waiting room Service light. I was meant by Kory Lambert. Kory approach me immediately. Kory was very pleasant and professional. While waiting in the waiting room or let me know that my vehicle needed a MAF Sensor, cooling system & Platinum fuel service. I gave Kory the okay to complete the work. Kory let me know it was going to take a while to complete the work and offer me a ride home and have me pick up when the work was completed. Kory made the process for me very smooth, and I was able to get my vehicle before the close of business. Kory did a great job in Explaining the detail work that was done to my vehicle. Kory was very attentive and Pleasant I really appreciate the way he handles his business in a very professional way. Thanks! More
