I found after the fact that John willfully lies to customers and gladly stalls when a customer is owed a refund because the figure for the trade in payoff was much higher than the actual payoff. I now must believe that the financial management of Five Star Ford is ethically questionable. John stopped texting responses to my questions because he knew the answers in several texts contradicted each other. More
