From the time that I walked in I was happy. The people were friendly and the service was A+++. We just so happen to be there on the 4th of July. The food they had out was amazing. In the past I drove a Mercedes and the customer service was horrible and the service dept was even worse. I actually thought that's just the way it goes, until I went to Ardmore toyota. The color and model I wanted wasn't available at that time so I was going to have to wait till one was made. It was well worth the wait, I got everything I wanted and more before the estimated time. Who doesn't love surprises? I just took my new car in for the protect all seal and my 30 day inspection. Again they don't miss a beat! Keira&Drew in the service dept took good care of my every need. Before I knew it I was back in my new car with it cleaned from top to bottom feeling like I just drove it off the lot for the first time. Not only would I go back and send everyone I know... The whole transaction was simple and pleasant - professional without the "slickness" one might see elsewhere. Q and his collegues could not have been nicer....all of our "extra" requests (like 2 extra keys, polishing up the car, new mats, etc.) were all thought of by the dealership and already taken care of before we asked. I also want to thank Mr. John Irwin as well for his graciousness.
