Opposite report Based on my car recent break inspection‘s report, the front and break health status was red. So I did replace the front breaks and postponed the back one for future. At yesterday visit for engine oil change , they reported opposite the green status for back breaks on the inspection report! So this conflict made me kind of lack of trust to Maita mechanic staff! By the way I made my appointment online to receive $10 off for repair and service but I was told I have the oil change coupon so they couldn’t combine with $10 off! But once got the email in regards a month ago didn’t mention it won’t combine with sale! You should noted on the email with details! More

You have a problem which needs to be looked at. I went in last week to have my oil changed and the staff said it's 1 1/2 hour wait. I looked at the clerk and asked him if I could make an appointmen I went in last week to have my oil changed and the staff said it's 1 1/2 hour wait. I looked at the clerk and asked him if I could make an appointment and he said they only have scheduled appts. Available the following week, so I made an appointment. Came back at 11am and waited until 2pm to see if my Highlander was completed and the clerk said no, another 1 1/2 was needed because they were very busy. I told the clerk I had other appts. I needed to kept and he said, we will have someone drive you home. Then he came back to me and said how about a rental car. I was happy to receive a rental car but really feel this facility needs to concentrate on their problems on not getting the services done in a timely matter. Toyota puts out an awesome autobile and if not solved, this problem will only get worse. The staff was very accommodating and supportive to each other which I really appreciate, but there is still a problem that needs some attention. The staff was accommodating but I didn't remember their names. More

Glad I came here I give 5 stars because of the quality of work done as well as the quality of the people here. It took longer than expected but since they do such go I give 5 stars because of the quality of work done as well as the quality of the people here. It took longer than expected but since they do such good work everyone comes here. I had no problem waiting. They asked me detailed questions about what I wanted done, they showed me a cost breakdown of what I wanted too. There is a comfortable area to wait and a coffee/snack shop. A place for the kids to play and a huge TV to watch sports. The guy in charge of my case came to find me to ask if the extra work was OK. Very happy girl here. More
