I think they were fair initially they wanted to charge me $1500 to change a water hose that was leaking. They didn’t change when they changed the water pump that cost me $8000. I’ve had so many issues with Landrover. This last time they didn’t clean my car. Pay all that money and they can’t even clean your vehicle. I sincerely hope that if anyone at that dealership have vehicle issues, they are not treated the way I was. One report didn’t mention limited SOS, I get an updated one now with that issue oh and a $300 charge. Never again. I found a reputable mechanic and my vehicle is now fixed fraction of the cost. Again, I hope to never deal with anyone from that dealership again! This also includes New Orleans. More

Terrence is always very professional and attentive during our experiences purchasing Land Rover vehicles. He pays attention to detail and makes sure all of our concerns are addressed. During our time at th our experiences purchasing Land Rover vehicles. He pays attention to detail and makes sure all of our concerns are addressed. During our time at the dealership, he makes sure we’re attended to timely and delivers first class customer service. The process is seamlessly handled through him, without all the traditional car sales back and forward stress. I know if I call Terrence, he’s going to be transparent, provide clarity and get the job done. I’ve referred several clients to him and will continue to do the same. This next part absolutely has nothing to do with Terrance, but I’ve had the absolute worse experiences ever with the Perriti Service department over the years. So much until, I could not ever walk back in that place. However, it’s because of Terrance Givens we’re back for our second Range Rover and I’ve sent family and friends. They can learn a lot about how to treat customers and conduct business. Note: The 5 Stars is because of experience Terrance and he’s a reflection of the dealership. More

A Dealership with wonderful and thoughtful service! !! From beginning to the return of my Jg, Mr Power listened to me and took my concerns seriously. It is such a pleasant space to wait too. Mr Power p !! From beginning to the return of my Jg, Mr Power listened to me and took my concerns seriously. It is such a pleasant space to wait too. Mr Power provided a loaner after the problem with the Jg was not clear. But first thing the next day, I was told all was well and the Jg was ready. I am happy to drive the Jg and happy to have a Dealership and Mr Power to keep me on the road comfortably and safely! More
