The service center was incredible. David Mendoza may be one of the best service guys I’ve ever dealt with. I also had to buy a car. Prince was a great salesman. My only complaint is that I feel since Toyota knew I was in a bind…they knew they didn’t have to put much effort into the sale. No negotiation. No sales basics like no extra key fob etc. When they presented me the car, it was a little less then a half tank of gas! Couldn’t even fill it up. I know it’s business as usual to make as much money as possible me, but can’t even fill the gas tank ? Cmon More

Everybody here was very nice. Our salesman was Prince and he was helpful and nice. The biggest issue I have is that I don't feel they were transparent with the price of the vehicl Our salesman was Prince and he was helpful and nice. The biggest issue I have is that I don't feel they were transparent with the price of the vehicle. My car was about $32k sticker price. I understand taxes, fees, etc will bring that up quite a bit, and at one point our salesman came back with a written down number of $36,500. Ok, great. We wait nearly an hour for the finance person, Jose, to bring us in, and instead of explaining our financing options and walking us through it, he immediately started trying to get us to sign stuff. I told him to hold on, we wanted to know our options and wanted to compare them to our bank. We ended up agreeing to one of their options. A couple weeks after buying the car we see that the number of $36,500 is nowhere to be found, instead our financing number with the bank says $44k. OK, fine. I email Jose and just ask him to explain it. I like to know exactly where money is going, I was very nice and said I just wanted him to explain it in a way I'd understand. He never responded to me, despite two emails going to him. I feel like they sped through the finance part of it and didn't stop to explain anything. We were there to drop a lot of money and they could have at least been transparent. Telling people "yes, the sticker price is X, but you will actually see a number of X when all is said and done." I still would have gotten the car, but I wouldn't have walked away feeling like they tried to do something sneaky. I will say, I love my car and don't plan to get another one for a very long time. Toyotas are great and have a great reputation. More
