I recently took my car in for a recall service. I arrived early, but I still had to wait 23 minutes in my car while other staff chatted around the service desks. The service adviser came out to che I arrived early, but I still had to wait 23 minutes in my car while other staff chatted around the service desks. The service adviser came out to check my car in and assumed I didn't want the free carwash. Owning three Toyotas, I've been a loyal customer for over a decade and usually have a good experience. I hope the service advisers will be more proactive in checking in their customers and asking if they want to take advantage of dealership service perks in the future. More
