Let me start this out with I typically buy a new vehicle every other year and have done business with multiple dealerships in Tulsa and surrounding areas. Buying a vehicle from Jim Norton has been the most every other year and have done business with multiple dealerships in Tulsa and surrounding areas. Buying a vehicle from Jim Norton has been the most horrendous experience in buying a vehicle I have ever had. I do want to shout out the sales staff as they went above and beyond in bringing the car to my wife to look at and pricing the vehicle right. The nightmare happened in finance where my wife and I were completely misled and lied to from start to finish. Everything seemed shady and backhanded as we were given an incorrect APR and argued with about it. We were never presented a written number for the monthly payment only given a verbal payment which was a flat out lie. The only pricing presented was the price with warranty and gap which was outlandish. When I asked for the total cost of each, I was told a false number and told them I would not buy it unless they gave me the plans at cost. I was then told that I would receive dealership cost but still was not shown anything stating a decrease on the warranty, which was almost $4k. As we left that night we never received any of our paperwork for the purchased vehicle or the trade. The next day I informed them I was unhappy with the whole process and was not able to talk to anyone but the finance person who all this took place with and my salesperson (who again did a great job). Upon returning to the dealership to drop the warranty and gap I gave the dealership one more to chance come clean to me on the cost of the warranty, even asking to see their invoice for it which I was not given. I will not be doing business with this dealership as the whole financing process was a nightmare and nothing was up front. More
