All I will say is that I got a “new car” “never used” only by the STAFF; scratched and misaligned. I went the next day to report the damage and they didn’t want to help us in a fair way, we had to insist only by the STAFF; scratched and misaligned. I went the next day to report the damage and they didn’t want to help us in a fair way, we had to insist on what we wanted since we got a car considered NEW. We were lied about the monthly payment, saying that the GAP insurance was included, which that insurance it’s completely separated. Honestly the most disappointed part is the lack of wanting to help.
